Really nice much needed upgrade to the rear air vents, unit gives controls of fan speed/temputure and heated seats. Installation was easy 15 to 20mins. The unit I got was showing a video, some sort of advertizing which I had to do a hard reset to stop it from playing every time I turn on the car, otherwise is an excellent upgrade.

Took a good while hooking it up with no instructions.Just to finally hook it up and everything to work except it doesn't take/connect to phone hotspot. It will Only work with home wifi. What's the point of having when only needed on the go not at my house internet.

Comes with what you need to install it minus instructions. Luckily there’s videos on Tiktok and YouTube to help you out. Works fine, but doesn’t want to seem to connect to our hotspot with TMoblie (Iphone 15 Pro). Connects fine with our home internet, but Iphone 15 pro or max it doesn’t work.

Looking to find a good rear entertainment monitor....this seemed to be a good one.There are positives and negatives to be aware of.First of all, if the unit does not connect to iPhone's Hotspot, contact the seller.You have to download firmware update file and install it on USB. USB connects to left USB-C and system will start updating the firmware automatically. It would be nice if this can be done via OTA update that system has. This is very important to do and check, if you will use iPhone's hotspot to play video/music, as SIM card is not supported in the unit.Something to be aware that is NOT specific to this brand, but to the rear monitors:1. Rear vent airflow temp and speed will affect the front airflow. Tesla 3/Y DO NOT have a separate 2nd row temp/air adjuster to begin with. You can only turn on/off 2nd row air. Do not be thinking that you can control the temp and fen speed separately for 2nd row.2. You CANNOT control the direction of the airflow. There is no knob to direct the airflow.2. Climate control has to be on from Tesla's main screen for rear climate control to work. If climate control is off for the car, turning on the rear climate control will not do anything. What is misleading is the fact the rear screen will show that it's ON and there is airflow animation, as if air is actually coming out.Good things about this unit:1. Installation is simpler than other brand: there are less cables to deal with. Cable to connect the front passenger seat, data cable, and only 1 connector to connect the screen to the data cable. Many brand has couple more cables to connect and manage. So easy to install.2. Responsive. Press and swipe of the screen is very responsive. Actually I was surprised by it. It's not as good as the modern iPad, but good enough.3. Sound from the unit is good. You can connect to Tesla to get the sound out from the car speaker via bluetooth. There is a lag on audio for videos, but that seems to be case for these kind of devices.Things to note:1. Carplay does work but sometimes struggles. In the menu, make sure you allow "background processing" on. This seems to make carplay more reliable.2. Normally, if you swipe the screen from top, main menu to go back to prior window or home shows up. However, it does not show when you use certain app. If so, press top left corner to go back to prior window or around middle to right of the top of the screen to go back to home screen. There is no button, but it will work.3. Airplay does not work, confirmed with the seller. When trying to connect to carplay, you will also see menu to mirror your iPhone. On iPhone, Zlink shows up in mirroring. However, it does not work. Not sure why menu exist if Airplay is not supported.4. Not all Android apps can be installed. Youtube and Netflix works. Hulu cannot be installed. This is where it might had been nice to be able to use the Airplay.5. Box only comes with the screen, cables, and prying bar. There is no direction on how to connect or information about the unit. Follow the installation direction on video on the description or youtube it.Seller is very responsive to issues and follows up, making good effort to make sure you are satisfied with the item. I actually found out about the iPhone's hotspot issue because the seller contacted me first.

Installation was fairly painless, despite the lack of any instructions being provided with the system. I had to look for YouTube videos by unaffiliated people to help me figure it out. The screen itself looks nice and really integrates well with the interior. It looks OEM. The video quality is impressive. However, the sound from the screen is lacking. My iPhone speakers sound better.I tried connection it to the Tesla Model Y’s Bluetooth speakers for better sound, but there is a ~5 second delay with the audio. I contacted the seller, and they are saying that it’s a known issue and it is because of the car’s Bluetooth. I’ve connected my phone through the Bluetooth speakers and my kids have connected tablets in the back through Bluetooth to watch videos/movies and stream TV, with absolutely no delay. Therefore, it seems like an issue with the unit syncing with the car.The ability for the rear passengers to control the heated seats and temperature/fan from the back is nice, but it has its cons too. It doesn’t sync with the Tesla, so when the passengers turn their heated seats on in the back, the front OEM display doesn’t show that. The same goes with the temperature and fan. It will show a different temperature/fan speed in the back than the front OEM display in front. The front will just notice if the fan speed has increased or temperature has changed. I noticed that you can reset it by turning auto climate on and off at the front.It’s a decent unit for the price if you’re willing to live with the cons. The cons are too much for me to deal with and really make it feel like a cheap aftermarket add-on, so I’ll be removing and returning mine.

Found the screen to be hard to use. The touch screen was not very responsive. Connectivity issues with hotspot, which they tried to address and failed. Menu was very clunky.

Does not work with iPhone 13 and up’s hotspot. Otherwise its good.

Das war mein grösster Fehlkauf, technisch veraltet, nur mit Android kompatibel, funktioniert mit den meisten Apps nicht!!!

cette version Silver Android 13 4GB+32GB est vraiment trés bien pour ma voiture de 2021 il fauderai préciser qu'il y a bien le wifi integré dans cet écran je recommande

The media could not be loaded.  Disney+ demande une mise a jour en boucle....impossible de l'utiliser.....Comment on fait????
