Thanks for your support!Sorry to write this review but this machine disappointed me. After 2 months of occasional use, it stopped working. I had other machine before this one that lasted for 2 years. Unfortunately it was not available at amazon so I ended up buying this. I would appreciate if seller gets back to me with next available options.

It worked well the first few times, and the last time I used it, it didn't work. This coffee grinder was very disappointing!

Despite some of the reviews I ordered this anyways because I liked the versatility. Not just a coffee grinder! I also liked how you can adjust the grind from course to fine. So far so good! Works great and easy to remove the cups to dump and clean! Plan on using the additional cup for doing spices!

10/10 marks to the empathy shown by the company on customer centricity. I never expected that someone would reach out to me after seeing Amazon review and would try to resolve the issue I had faced with my unit.The company representative obliged to send a new replacement which is working as expected. They also had offered me full refund but I am kind of in love with the design of this coffee grinder. It is small yet appealing with modern looks.The product is less noisy as advertised by the company. Once again, hats off to the customer centricity shown by the company.

UPDATE: Company's customer service contacted me after I posted the review. They offered a full refund or replacement. I replied that I had already done an Amazon return for refund so they offered a free replacement. When the unit arrived I unpacked it a tried as hard as I could to turn the grinder bowl for removal to no avail, but I decided to take it to my son's house and see if he could do better. After a few attempts he was able to remove the bowl. I guess my 81 YO hands just didn't have the strength. Anyway he plugged it in and tried it out. It worked just the way I wanted, a variety of grinds, automatic shut off and pretty quiet. Once you get the bowl out the first time, it seems to be easy from then on. So I am updating my review. The bowl is still difficult to remove the first time but strength did the trick. I was impressed by the company contacting me on their own to make it right.I ordered the 2 bowl grinder but the primary coffee grinder bowl will not come out so that I can wash it before using. This is a replacement of my original order where both bowls were stuck making the unit unusable. At least I can grind coffee with this one. Just can’t clean it or use the spice grinder bowl.

Updated review:Contacted customer support about the faulty grinder. They acted promptly and shipped a new grinder with no additional cost. Happy and Satisfied with their customer service.Not long lasting!Purchased this grinder around six months ago. It worked well for a few months and after 4-5 months of good working it stopped working suddenly..just won't start at all. Won’t recommend this if you are looking for long lasting grinder.

Works good for coffee beans use it everyday. Works good for dry herbs too.

powerful not just for coffee beans I grind spices like cloves etc.
