Jack & Rose Dual Voltage Travel Clothes Steamer 100-220V,SC-001

My absolute travel essential. I bought one eighteen months ago, but unfortunately it broke. Since the steamer was still under the warranty, I contacted their Support. Their team member - Jaina, has responded and solved the issue very quickly - I received a brand new replacement within just two days! Happy that I can continue to use the steamer on my travels. Easy to pack and powerful, great for everyday use as well.

This steamer is very easy to use and transport. Works good and fast for removing wrinkles from fabrics, especially delicate fabrics that cannot be iron like silk. Water tank is little bit small but considering that is a travel steamer is just ok.

It was heavy, and from the first use, limescale (white stuff) came out of the device, staining clothes.

The device works well, however, the water container is too small and if I put it on “high steam”, wont be possible for me to even finish steaming one t-shirt. As much as I enjoy using it, the fact that I need to keep filling the tank, is a bit annoying.

Update: April 2026 The steamer experienced an issue with the steamer. I reached out to the manufacturer through warranty assistance and received a quick response within 24 hours with a solution/assistance. This is GREAT customer service after market support and a reason to support this company. After market support is incredibly valuable to me when I purchase any product. Thanks Jack & Rose! [PRODUCT EXPERIENCE] ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 👉 Found this steamer to be just the right size to pack in my travel bag. It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!

J&R product is very good. I find the design, finishing and colour classy & elegant. Personally, like the optionality of Dry Iron + Steamer which many other portable garment steamers lack. I find the product ergonomic for it's size. An area of improvement/recommendation - There is a constant sound of what I believe is the motor pumping the water. Would be great to have that minimised/eliminated. Most importantly, I was particularly impressed with J&R's customer service & centricity. I faced a problem with the product and they were quick & courteous with their response. Their great customer services did stand out of the crowd. A special shoutout to Jaina from their team who was handling this matter. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

I’m very happy with this travel steamer. It heats up quickly and does a good job removing wrinkles from my clothes. I especially like that it can be used both as a steamer and as a small iron, which makes it very convenient for everyday use and travel. One of the main reasons I chose this particular model is its 100–220V voltage range. I travel between the United States and Europe, so having a steamer that I can take with me internationally is a big advantage. I won’t need to buy a separate steamer just for my trips to Europe. It is compact enough to pack in my luggage, easy to use, and works well for my needs. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it, especially for people who travel internationally.
