Is the Soy Lecithin from non GMO and organic soy?

The package does not say the soy lecithin is non-GMO, but the company only uses milk sourced from cows free from growth hormones and antibiotics. If a company goes to that length, there is a strong chance they care about the quality of the lecithin, (in my opinion.)

Does this mix well in HOT water?

Yes, this is extremely easy to mix in hot water and will dissolve on contact. A quick stir if needed and you will be good to go.

What does it contain? any soy? is it gmo?

gmo or not soy is a very dangerous product. Soy anything should not ingested. Just got the a2 and its all going in the garbage.

What is the shelf life once opened?

after mixing about two weeks. very nice because you just mix what you can use

Delicious!

Absolutely love this milk powder. Before I discovered A2 I avoided dairy products because they gave me symptoms of cold and flu. I use this milk powder to make the most delicious yogurt ever! More calcium and probiotic is a bonus.

Taste powdery but not the end of the world

Definitely taste that is powdered milk but honestly if I was travelling remotely I would be either carrying a few bags of this or some long life milk. Still fine to drink and suits a purpose. I just used a protein shaker to mix this up worked well.
