GREAT Charger!
Have been using for ~6 weeks. LOVE it! Runs at 39kw for us (so 40) and charges out Genesis GV70 from about 20% to 100% on about 7 hours give or take running at 9.3 kWH for the most part (so the math works out as it should). We have not 'dumbed it down; charging speed wise as we don't need to but I am sure it would work fine. Feature we like, and pleasantly surprised with, is the display provides the kWh used each time you charge so we can calculate the true cost of charging at home over a year etc as opposed to the estimate we had been using with our Level 1 charger; very pleased!

Great charger!
I bought this charger to replace a one year and 10 month old generic 32A charger that bit the dust. The improvement over the last charger is amazing! Even at the same amp setting, this unit charges faster, and the 40A setting available on this unit really saves a lot of time. I have a Chevy Bolt EUV which will accept up to a 50A charge rate. This charger stays fairly cool compared to the old one that would actually burn your hand during use. This unit displays a temp of around 105° during use at 40A and 92° ambient. The unit does feel like it's warmer than that, but not crazy hot like the old one. The old charger would display a temp of around 175° under the same conditions! The only thing I've noticed so far that could use a little improvement is the dust cap that is a bit too loose and falls off easily. A very minor and fairly insignificant complaint.

2024 Kia Niro PHEV
I've had this charger in use for about 5 months now, with no problems whatsoever. I wired a dedicated 240v circuit, as is recommended, using 10 gauge wire. It provides the maximum kw that the car requires, and takes a little over 2.5 hours to charge my Niro from empty. I really liked how flexible the cord was this past winter, even down to the single digits. Easy to coil, and never kinks. I think that most problems people report about EV chargers getting warm, or tripping a breaker is because either the breaker is under-sized or the circuit has other outlets being used. When this charger is plugged into a household 120v outlet it will take around 9 hours to completely charge my Niro. Again, any problems on this type circuit are likely due to it not being a 20 Amp breaker, or having other appliances on the same circuit. We'll worth my money.

Mazda CX70 plug in hybrid
Excellent charger for Mazda CX-70. I have had it for about 2 weeks and pleased with results—very similar with the one I got with the car

Didn’t last as long as I thought it would.
We started using this charger for my wife’s Model Y on September 10th and yesterday October 4th it stopped charging. My wife did the usual routine of plugging in the car when she got home. While we were having dinner, we notice the light flicker off and on really fast. 2/3 mins later I get a notification on my phone that the charger is not plugged into the car all the way. I go into the garage to check the charger. It is plugged in all the way but the info screen of the mobile charger is just blinking white and black and not charging my car. I unplugged the seguma charger for my Tesla and the wall. When I plugged the seguma back into the wall the screen now just blinks black and white. I think it’s bricked. Unfortunately my return window for this product has lapsed. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this.

Works well
I bought this to charge my BMW X5 453 PHEV. The length is nice. I can plug it in and run the cable to either side of the vehicle, no problem.My only complaint is that it feels a little cheap when inserting and removing it. Like, it's kind of flimsy or something. That's why four stars instead of five. But it works good enough that I kept it. Although if I could find a better one down the road, I'll keep this one inside the vehicle to use while traveling.
