The TIRTIR Cleansing Milk Toner is truly a dry-skin girl’s best friend! You can apply a few drops to a cotton round or directly onto your skin, which is my preferred method. It feels absolutely wonderful and leaves my skin with a beautiful, dewy, hydrated glow. My face stays moisturized all day without feeling heavy or greasy. I also love the luxurious packaging—the thick glass bottle makes it feel much more high-end than the price point, especially when you can grab it on sale! The larger bottle lasts me about 8 months, even with twice-daily use, morning and night. One of my favorite things is the slight tackiness it leaves behind. It’s not sticky, but it gives your skin a little grip that helps makeup adhere better and keeps it from sliding around throughout the day. It almost works like a hydrating gripping primer! If you have dry or dehydrated skin, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It’s become a staple in my skincare routine!

I've been very impressed with this toner. The texture is light and milky, providing plenty of hydration without feeling oily or heavy on the skin. It absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling comfortable rather than sticky. After using it consistently, I noticed that my skin felt smoother and softer, and my complexion looked more refreshed. My skin also appeared brighter, and I felt that some of my post-acne spots looked less noticeable over time. Another thing I appreciated was that my pores seemed less visible, giving my skin a more refined appearance. What stands out most is how hydrating it feels. I just started using this toner for two weeks and I am amazed at how great my skin feels and looks! So hydrated and soft. A little goes a long way. I use it after cleansing my face at night. When I wake up in the morning, my skin feels like I’ve worn a collagen mask! I also wear it under my makeup and my skin still stays hydrated and soft all day.

I started using the toner back in January and I can honestly say I really enjoy it. It’s lightweight very hydrating and a little goes a long way. I love that it layers real well under my other serums without feeling heavy or sticky.

I bought this product after watching a You Tube where it was highly recommended for its anti-aging and hydrating ingredients. I have mature dry skin with some redness and brown spots from sun damage. Thankfully using anti aging products have faded the spots. Tirtir Milk Skin Rice Toner is reasonably priced and I was very pleased with the packaging. The lid is tight and the dispensing hole in the glass bottle has a little plug to prevent any leaking which I appreciate. With that being said the product itself goes on nicely however it remains a bit sticky or tacky feeling on my skin. I did notice others mention this in the reviews. I will definitely say my skin does stay moisturized without feeling dry under makeup all day and this pleases me. I gave it four stars due to the stickiness.

Ok quick I got dry, sensitive, reactive, dehydrated, and eczema prone skin….🫩 ik so my skincare routine has been pretty basic for years and i wanted to up it up some more to really target persistent issues like texture, dehydration, dullnes etc. So originally I never used toner. I always thought it was just water and didn’t do anything and was a waste of money. And i do still kinda feel that way with “ph” balancing toners and using them on cotton pads (waste so much product), but as i got into korean skincare i started to realize that toners can help a lot with hydrating the skin and they often layer more watery products before locking it in with moisturizer. And if you know anything about dry or eczema prone skin is that we struggle to maintain water in our skin (aka Transepidermal water loss) at a higher rate than other skin types. So i realized just washing my face and moisturizing wasn’t enough for my dry ass skin. I needed to properly hydrate it (on the inside too, drink your water) and trap more water before locking it in with thicker creams/moisturizers etc. Okay that’s the back story of how i got to this point, so now i know what i need to do, now i just have to find products that aid in my goals. I saw a lot of people online with similar skin as me loving this toner so i bought it (also the packaging is so luxe to me). This is the epitome of nourishing. I kinda got obsessed with toners (and korean skincare) after trying this one and now use and try a bunch of them for fun but still this is the most hydrating and nourishing toner i’ve ever used thus far. Even some days it can be a bit much like my skin doesn’t need it that day, that’s how well it works. If you have oily or even normal skin i personally do not recommend this one cause it could break you out, try the light version but my dry or mature skinned girls your skin will literallly drink this up. I had bought a sample bottle first time i tried this and now im gonna buy the big bottle. Also has really nice and soothing ingredients that are good for your skin barrier but also the rice bran is a natural brightening ingredient. Once i finish up the anua rice toner im coming right back to this. I do want to try the light version for like the summer months or am though. It has a scent, some people don’t like but it’s not like perfume or anything idk but it doesn’t irritate my skin personally but with all new skincare products pls be cautious and listen to your skin. And also i thought the reason my skin didn’t looks smooth and plump was because i needed to exfoliate more but that wasn’t the case, my skin was just dehydrated. Now that i use toners and serums and layer my products aka trapping in more hydration my skin texture has improved tremendously. Also side note, i’m 23 but i always felt like my dull and dry skin made me look a bit older, so now my skin looks a lot more vibrant and juicy and youthful and feel i look more true to my age.

Okay, I LOVE this toner. The TIRTIR Milk Skin Rice Toner has fully earned a permanent spot in my skincare routine because it makes my skin look and feel so good. First of all, the texture is amazing. It has that milky, soft consistency that feels instantly hydrating when it hits the skin. It absorbs beautifully without feeling heavy or greasy, and it just leaves my face looking more plump and healthy right away. What I’ve noticed most is the glow it gives. My skin looks more even, smooth, and just… alive after using it. It layers really well with the rest of my skincare and doesn’t pill or feel sticky, which I really appreciate. It also feels super soothing. On days when my skin is feeling a little dry or dull, this toner brings it back fast. It’s one of those products you don’t even realize how much you love until you run out and miss it immediately. Overall, this is one of those “she’s THAT girl” products—simple, effective, and just makes everything better. If you’re thinking about trying it, just do it. I already know I’ll be repurchasing again and again.

Really gives skin a glowy appearance. Great alone or under makeup. Could be a little too heavy for super oily skin. I have oily but mature skin so it’s a balance between deep hydration and too greasy. I would buy again.

This toner is exactly as described and feels very hydrating on the skin. It has a lightweight, milky texture that absorbs well without feeling sticky or heavy. My skin feels soft, moisturised, and comfortable after use. It layers nicely with other skincare products and works well as part of a daily routine. Overall, very happy with this toner.
