This made excellent almond milk and it's so easy. I toss in a scant half cup of raw almonds (get the Costco bag), 2 pitted dates, two twists of the salt shaker and then fill it up to the max line, plug it in and start it. It's mostly quiet but the blade spins a few times and that's when it gets noisy but it's done in 15 minutes. It's very hot when it's done which will be handy in the winter for hot cocoa but I have to leave it sitting to cool guys because I do use the filter bag to stain the remaining bits out and it's too hot to squeeze the strainer into it's cool. If you have any good recipes using almond pulp then you've got your almond pulp already made for ya. I have also tried making my turmeric shots in this but the flavor was a bit off and I'm guessing it's because the blade is so sharp it's pulverizing the skin on the turmeric and ginger. Oh, also, this is so easy to clean! No parts - just the jug and the lid.

I was hesitant to make the jump to making my own non-dairy milks. I wish I had done it sooner. This makes it fast and easy! Every type I've tried to make has turned out delicious! I love that it allows me to control the sweetness and have less sugar. The fresh, preservative free milk has a much better taste than store bought plant milks. It's easy to clean, stores well on counter or in cupboard, and has continued to work well for a year.

The product instantly burned and stopped working the first time I plugged in. There is no EU-plug, it's US-plug - be careful when buying. I tried contacting Alfabot and Amazon 10 times and never got a response from Alfabot, and Amazon said they could not help. I am very disappointed and lost my money and time. Do not recommend.

First time I used it, followed the recipe in the book, used Himalayan salt and homemade vanilla. Basic cost break down is about the same as store-bought. However, the taste is 1000 times better. Definitely worth it to buy one to have the fresh taste and know it is without all the extra ingredients.

This is a perfect “plant milk” solution for a small family. The carafe will make 24-32 ounces of product per batch. We make soy, almond, cashew and oat beverage regularly, alternating based on our daily or weekly meal plan. The value of reducing the waste stream plus no gums, flavoring or preservatives is immeasurable. The cleaning function is a nice option to have. The yogurt function took a bit of experimentation and familiarization. Soy yogurt is easy and very straight forward using probiotics or a bit of live culture. Yup it is a bit noisy especially for soy, less so for other options because the cycle is shorter and the grinding takes less time. We store the unit in between uses, but it is attractive enough to leave out on the counter if you have the room. Reliability has been excellent over 6 months of ownership and use.

This was one of the last gadgets on my wish list for our low-key "preppers pantry." We are trying to be ready for anything, up to and including being able to pivot painlessly from dairy milk to plant milk, should there become further supply chain irregularities. Notably, we are already seeing our [Superstore Grocery Chain] frequently out of stock on cream and certain cheeses in November 2025. Therefore, for the past couple of years we've been collecting coconut flakes, nuts, rice and soybeans to keep for milkmaking in the event one day the grocery store is out of milk entirely...a scenario which appears more and more imminent each day now in America, somehow. Also, one member of our family is allergic to dairy. Purchasing plant milk is wildly expensive AND those are heavily processed and contain a lot of additives. It takes less than 1/4 cup of almonds to make a quart of almond milk. It takes less than 10 minutes to make almond milk in this machine. It's truly painless to use! I usually whip up 2 quarts for the week. Everyone in my family drinks and enjoys it, and we're now only buying dairy milk for certain recipes. Beyond it's ease of use and obvious cost savings over time, the most impressive point about this purchase is the VALUE. It comes with an impressive array of accessories (they truly thought of everything!). The quality is impressive, ESPECIALLY in terms of the reasonable price point! This would make an incredible, impressive, and useful gift for anyone. Think wedding gift!!! Think Christmas, even birthday. I'm truly satisfied with this purchase, and I'm a tough customer. Don't hesitate to pick one up!

​I've been using this milk maker every other day. It makes the perfect amount to last 2 days so nothing goes to waste. The grain function clocks in at just 10 minutes. I highly recommend using the included nut milk bags to strain it—it takes away any oat texture and leaves you with milk that is perfectly smooth, tasty, and comfortably warm right out of the machine.

The machine stopped working after 6 months. Customer service is not responding. UPDATE - 06 July Customer Service has contacted me and has offered to replace the defective unit. I will be required to only pay for half of the shipping fees (I bought the unit in the US but have since moved.)

Que bien que se me rompiera la otra máquina.

I couldn’t be happier with my AlfaBot N2 Nut Milk Maker. It’s incredibly easy to use and makes delicious, creamy plant-based milk in very little time. I’ve tried almond and oat milk so far, and both have turned out far better than I expected. The flavour is fresher than shop-bought alternatives, and I love knowing exactly what ingredients are going into my drinks. The self-cleaning function is a real bonus and makes washing up quick and hassle-free. It’s also much quieter than I anticipated and looks stylish enough to leave out on the kitchen worktop. The included recipe book, cleaning brush and filter bags are thoughtful additions that help you get started straight away. What impressed me most is its versatility – being able to make nut milks, soy milk, yoghurt and other dairy-free drinks all in one machine makes it excellent value for money. It’s already saving me money on buying plant-based milk every week. If you’re thinking about making the switch to homemade dairy-free drinks, I would highly recommend the AlfaBot N2. I got it in October, and two months later it is now broken. I took incredibly good care of it and maybe only used it 7 times in total, however, the circuit board is all scrambled and won't work. At this price point, I expected the product to last a lot longer.

Franchement c'est une bonne machine. Sitôt reçu aussitôt essayer. Idéal pour les personnes qui sont intolérants au lactose comme moi. J'ai fait mon lait aux noisettes en 15/20 min. C'est très facile utilisation. Niveau bruit, Franchement ça va ça fait un peu de bruit mais rien de dérangeant, moins fort qu'un aspirateur classique. Pour le nettoyage simple comme tout. Niveau goût, le lait est très bon je trouve. 2 Bémols ; le 1er point, le livret de recette est en anglais mais (merci le translate). Le 2e point ; le colis est arrivé sans carton amazon une chance qu'il soit arrivé à bon port. Peut-être à revoir pour l'emballage ? Sinon vraiment super machine hâte d'essayer le reste.
