At home we have a SAMSUNG fridge freezer (costing over £2,500) which has a built in ice machine. It always goes wrong getting jammed up with frost and ice. It takes all night to generate sufficient ice for the icemaker. SAMSUNG have been out at least 10 times and have replaced the whole refrigerator four times. When my son moved into his new flat she bought him one of your machines. I was staggered how quickly it generates ice. He has now used it for nearly six months. Bagging up excess ice and storing them in his freezer. No problems whatsoever. I am envious of how good this device is. For all of the complainers I suggest that you buy an expensive SAMSUNG fridge freezer with an ice machine and that will give you a memorable experience to complain about. Your product is exceptional.

A very efficient little ice maker. When filled to the mark it makes an extensive amount of ice to easily fill an ice bucket. My only issue would be that when it says add water there is actually 300ml (over half pint) of water left that would make at least 18 to 27 more small ice cubes. It also means that after every use you need to drain the unit as that is far to much water to leave in the machine for a couple of days. Several pros, one con!

UPDATE: Ice maker stopped making ice. Now it's not an ice maker at all.... Ice maker worked great, nuggets were more square than we expected, but the size is perfect. Speed of ice making was amazing. Cleaning ice maker was easy enough, integral part of our kitchen.

Unpacked, washed as per instructions. Filled with water, switched on, had ice within 15 mins for first cycle. Then 6-8 mins per cycle. Now have 4 bags in the freezer. Why have I never had one of these before. Amazing piece of kit. Long may it last.

simple to use and it works cubes a little small but numerous quickly

Bought for wife who has ice in every drink. I’ll admit was skptical cause always used ice cube trays but now I use it myself and is so easy to use and saves so much time. The quality Is amazing. Is quite aswell so can’t hear it. Makes the ice really fast and have different sizes options aswell. All and all is amazing value for money. Only improvement would make is a holder for the ice cube scoop that comes with it.

The machine never worked. The return process was painful. Seller was not willing to engage and didn’t take any responsibility for the quality of the product. Amazon stepped up and kept us whole.

I purchased a $179 icemaker from a different Amazon vendor about a year ago and what I got was a heavy, loud, complicated machine full of valves that clogged, 4 buttons for controls that needed pushing 3-4 times to do anything, that only after 2 months quit making ice entirely. Even when it did make ice, the ice was of a shape nobody in the house liked, and it was thin and melted easily. i worked with the manufacturer for over a week trying to get it working again- they were responsive but even they had no idea why it quit. Fast forward to this amazing ice machine..only one power button that works perfectly, no hoses, valves or removable water buckets etc- just pour clean water into it, turn it on, and 8 minutes later have ice! This machine is much smaller, MUCH less complicated, MUCHquieter, etc and it makes just as much ice as the old one did with zero input but "add water, turn it on" No wonder my old one got discontinued!! This machine is WAY ahead of it design-and-function wise! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5 STARS

Easy to setup Makes ice in a couple of minutes Easy to clean Compact We use a lot of ice and we never run out To clean it I run the self cleaning and wipe the bottom when it's done and so far its impeccable Only small detail that could be improved is that the temperature inside the tray could be colder since the ice starts melting pretty fast compared to others I've seen Functionally it's no issue since it make more automatically anytime a little bit has melted but it makes the ice clumps together which could be improved
