Lovely to come in after a days work and have the house fresh and clean.
Why did you choose this product over others?: It was discounted. Cleaning ability: No faults brilliant! Have three months now and haven’t found anything it can’t clean Ease of use: Took a while to map the entire house but now I have a ground floor and a 1st floor map. Zoning was easy and mopping restrictions gave me peace of mind. It won’t mop carpets. Product quality: Superb Mapping capability: Excellent Mopping function: It does exactly what it says on the tin. Value for money: No complaints I will say I called my wee bot r2dt2 When I realised it mopped and hovered at the same time I renamed it r2d2 point 5. Alexia only starts and stop it. I would be good if you could say alexia mop the kitchen or mop the bathroom but still can be more specific in the smart home map.

Not fit for purpose
This item is not fit for purpose. None of the parts are fitting the Ultenic Q6

Good replacement parts. The only thing that is missing is the new wiping pag itself or at least replacement velcro strips for it. Ours is not keeping the mats in place after 6 months of use... And cant find any replacement options

This is the kit that I didn’t know I needed. My vacuum kept saying the brush was stuck- I cleaned it but it didn’t help. I replaced it and it is like new once again. I will need to do that more often.

Le kit et très bien mais l’aspirateur et nul donc tout les étoile pour la qualités du kit mais 0 pour cette marque d’aspirateur laveur !
