Relaxing, calming, and really does help. From the first night I noticed the difference. It doesn’t “knock you out,” but rather - for me - it provides a gentle, restful calm that helps me sleep. When I do wake up during the night I’m not WIDE AWAKE as in the recent past due to strong stressors of late. I really do feel better rested. I am still on my first bottle and will definitely convert it to an Amazon subscription when it’s finished. This is an investment in YOUR health and function, and sleep is so, so important, possibly the most important piece of the entire well-being puzzle. Honestly, for what it does it’s worth twice the price, but let’s keep that between us, ok? 😂👍 Of course, you need to do the other things to help, like consistent bedtime and wake times, put the screens away earlier, etc., etc. The only nit I have is as others have mentioned it’s not the best tasting stuff; it’s got a sort of what I call a sickly sweet taste, but I mix it with a bit of water. Again, for what it does I’m good.

This tastes good and has a noticeable effect. I take it in the evening and feel more relaxed and tired when I go to bed. It seems to work better and faster than any other magnesium supplement I've tried. A little expensive but so far, worth it.

My husband and I both started using RHO, and within 7 days, we were both suffering from intense, debilitating joint pain in areas we've never had issues with before. Seriously was worried this is what we going to have issues with, didn't know what or how, was going through all we eat ,take use. then BINGO 7 days later , who would thought the RHO was the culprit! After realizing the pain started right when we began taking this, I researched it further and found out about the formula change adding citric acid. Added citric acid can cause severe inflammatory reactions and joint stiffness in many people, and it seems a lot of users started having identical joint complaints once this new formula hit the market. It’s terrible that a product sold for wellness is causing this level of pain. We stopped taking it immediately, and I strongly recommend avoiding this product, especially if you are sensitive to citric acid or reformulated additives. If you don't believe this, search it online reddit has several page of people complaining of all the joint pains. even though it said non refundable, amazon refunded it.

This magnesium works wonders! My husband and I put the recommended amount in a small glass of tart cherry juice before bed and sleep like champs! Highly recommend as a form of magnesium and sleep support.

It’s does help with sleep, but taste absolutely horrid.
