Must have accessory for Blackstone Griddles
I am really pleased with this so far. I have had several digital temperature probes. But with a new Blackstone I got for Fatherโs Day I needed a way to more accurately control my heat zones. Adding the infrared thermometer in one unit with the prove was perfect. This one is fast and accurate. And has helped me immensely already! Also was pleasantly surprised with the magnetic edge that lets me place it on the grill edge and have it readily available. Easily one of the best grilling accessories Iโve bought. Especially if you are using a Blackstone Griddle!
