Great product for a great workout
I saw the company video on youtube and thought it was a waste of time and too easy to be useful, but after trying it for a few months I can see the strong benefits of using this workout tool. I feel this tool gives one better stamina and also and improved hand-eye coordination for better punch accuracy. The ball attached to a rope looks somewhat unorthodox, but it forces your body to use different muscles and strengthen then trying to dodge the ball on the rebound. One thing I would never do is give this tool to an child under 13 as this would be reckless since the ball does sting even for a grown adult.

Not too shab
So like most people I run before I crawl when I get a package in the mail. I tried it right out of the box and I was having a bit of an issue getting started. I read the instructions and how I need to cut the line the length of my arm and it was then much easier to get started.It is something that takes some getting used to and you will need to put in some time to get good at it. I got it to get my son more proficient and accurate with striking and it has helped in his Maui Thai class.The only thing I don’t like about it is that you don’t seem to be able to go for too long due to the cord bunching up from the all spinning. I have to stop and untangle the cord and re-start. Not the biggest deal but can be a pain when you are first getting used to it.Overall I do like it and have gotten a few more as stocking stuffers.

String hurts more than ball
Product is great comes with a extra string string does get twisted during use and others have said the ball hurts for me it doesn’t if anything the string does if it hits you

Ball is hard, could cause injury
I tried it and after 4 or 5 minutes my knuckles were hurting. My 9 year old son tried it and the ball bounced back and hit his eye, he has a bruise on his forehead and his eyes and lids are all read. I am returning this. The ball is way too hard.

Good for boxing and fun
Great accuracy ball but make sure you have it tied on good because sometimes the ball slip off but not an actual issue! Great product

Did not get the free drill training
Never got my free training drills for the Acura ball like the said ...but it’s good item
