I received these as a Christmas gift from my husband, and after using them consistently for six weeks, I feel like I can give a solid review.First off, they are stunning. They look amazing on my counter, and honestly, they just make cooking feel more enjoyable.Performance-wise, they cut smoothly and feel well-balanced in hand. I do find myself needing to sharpen them fairly often, but that could be completely normal—I’m not a knife expert.
