I purchased this as I have sciatica and am a side sleeper, so it is easier to have one long pillow as opposed to 3 or 4 stuffed around me to try and get comfortable. It arrived tightly vacuum-packed and when I unpacked it I was initially very disappointed, as it seemed thin and floppy and wrinkly. However I fluffed it up (it has a zipper on the case and also the pillow itself, I imagine so you could remove/add more Kapok stuffing if you wanted to) and left it for a few hours and it smoothed out and plumped up. Tried it that night and was very impressed - it is just the right length to tuck between your knees or calves, substantial enough to 'hug' (in fact, it feels very comforting) and I've actually slept very well with it on my side. It is shaped (like a J) at the lower end but you can move it in different positions to suit. I wouldn't say it is long enough to act as a pillow as well unless you tilt your head forward (as in the listing photo), but it goes neatly at the side of a normal pillow and doesn't take up so much space in a double bed that your partner is edged off the mattress. I chose the 'cooling' cover and that is smooth, slightly slippery but does in fact feel cool, so is very comfortable to sleep with. I would definitely recommend this for comfortable side-sleeping. Although I can't vouch for pregnancy bump support, I can see that it would be good for this too.

Je l'aime beaucoup. J'ai un matelas dégueulasse et en attendant de le changer j'ai testé ce coussin Très bien ! Je peux me caler dessus pour mon dos (très sollicité au travail), surélever les jambes si ja besoin ... Bémol : pas assez de rembourrage pour moi car si on veut rendre les côté fermes il faut pousser le rembourrage dans les boudins mais du coup la base du U est vide ou presque et il faut donc un coussin pour la tête. Or le U est assez étroit donc un oreiller classique ne passe pas. Je n'ai pas encore trouvé comment acheter un rembourrage similaire. Pour la housse : facile à enlever, un peu moins à remettre mais on s'en sort une fois qu'on a le truc. Bémol : il n'y en a qu'une. J'espère en trouver une autre si celle que j'ai soit lâcher ou pour dépanner. Je n'ai pas encore fait nettoyer le coussin lui même mais je le ferai faire en blanchisserie. Peut être à la limite trouver deux housses de traversin à fixer ensemble pour les enfiler et ainsi protéger la housse

Coussin de grossesse SHANNA très pratique 👍 Je l’utilise depuis l’accouchement et ça m’aide beaucoup pour mon dos. Je dors mieux sur le côté, mon dos reste bien droit et c’est vraiment plus confortable. Le tissu est doux et agréable, facile à mettre en place et à ajuster. Il est aussi super juste pour se détendre ou dormir tranquillement. Je suis très content de mon achat, je recommande !
