Even tried gum and patches. I have to leave a good review because I am finally off Nicotine!!! What I really like about these is they taste good but don't clog your lungs like a cigarette or vape. It isn't rough and you can puff on it all day and won't get sick. You can't overpuff these and get sick like a vape would do or smoking to many cigs in a row. You cam literally keep this in your lips and puff on it and it'll feel just like a vape is supposed to feel. No hurt lungs, no excess mucus, no pain. I'm beyond amazed by how this little thing has been much better than smoking. The nicotine cravings are very easy to curb with this as it leaves a present taste in your mouth and the fact you have to take a drag to use them it helps. Habits like driving and smoking has been the easiest thing for me to drop cuz I just leave one of these in my mouth and drive around with the window up puffing this thing and it's a better experience than smoking and driving. Now the hardest thing for me to curb was smoking a cigarette while taking a poop in the morning. I don't know why but that was the main craving I failed for a week. But I did get through it and have finally quit smoking.
