I have used powders before, and they work well; However, these creatine capsules are effective and super convenient option over traditional powders. There is no mixing, no taste, no mess no need to deal with mixing powder. Big plus that they’re vegan, caffeine-free, and have no added sugar. It is effective just like others but taking a pill is much more convenient and the quality of the product is there from the packaging to the NO taste pills. Good source of creatine monohydrate but the pills are very large. My only con with this is that you have to take 5 large tablets in order to get 5 grams of creatine which I’d say is harder than just drinking the powder diluted in water. Overall okay if you’re good at taking pills otherwise stick to the powder version.

Easy to mix with protein powder. Tasteless is perfect for the protein powder that is already flavored

I've been actively going to the gym for years and I wanted to try creatine to see if it would help my performance. I do think these are helping with my energy level and performance while doing higher intensity exercises and/or longer sessions. I also think it's helping with my recovery rate as I'm able to go to the gym more frequently with less rest days but maybe this is a placebo effect? Not sureMy only minor irk with this is that you're recommended to take 5 pills daily and the pills are pretty big. I have a slightly hard time swallowing large pills
