After three days, I kid you not, I noticed that my legs didn't feel like lead at the end of the day.I had much more energy and was more alert. I started Cardina Nerve and Energy Essential 2 months ago. The first thing I noticed was waking up became way easier. No more morning grogginess. I did not need that second cup of coffee and I feel livelier during the day. This duo of supplements has also greatly reduced the number of pills I was taking daily. That alone was a blessing. This supplement has magnesium and vital B vitamins, as well as vitamin D. The bottle contains 60 pills, so it can last between 1 to 2 months depending. I always start with 1 pill a day to see if I can tolerate them, then add more as directed on the label. As always, check with your doctor before taking supplements.While this page says these pills are non-GMO, gluten free and vegan, the bottle only claim these are "veggie capsules". There is no indication of 3rd party testing or certification on the bottle.Even so, these supplements are known to help with muscles and sleep. They are easy enough to swallow, and have no weird aftertaste. A good supplement, and a good price for what is in the bottle!

My doctor told me that I need to be on magnesium, so this fit the bill. I have neuropathy, and this looked promising, but I don’t know how long I’d need to take it before I could detect any difference. So is it working, is it not working, who knows. I guess the next time my blood is checked, I’ll find out if I have enough magnesium in my system. I left “flavor” rating blank because chewing on supplements if they aren’t chewables, tends to end badly. They’re easy to swallow, and the packaging is about what you’d expect for any type of pill or potion. Overall these seem fine. I’ll revisit this review in a few weeks and see if I can detect any improvement - that sure would be nice.

The CARDINA Magnesium Glycinate Supplement has been easy to swallow and use. Havent taken it long enough to report accurate results. Will revise the review when we extend the time period more.

I take prescription, traditional, prescribed medicine. I have read and heard good things about Magnesium. I want to try some of these natural and other nontraditional methods. I was advised by the doctor not to mix the two. However, my plan is to give natural products a try. My method is to take tradition medicines on a twelve-hour basis. Then take natural medicine on the in-between 6 hours basis. I will need to get up during the night to take the natural medicines but I am awake periodically during the night.These natural medicines are mostly unregulated. So, I look for supplements and vitamins that are GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure) accredited. I also check for third party testing.
