and oh sooo much healthier than American bread. Unfortunately American's palates are sooo used to sugars and "fake foods" that if something is in its natural form our palate's go yuck.I've been carnivore for 7 months now (so no sugars) and I now find the foods that I once considered distasteful are now delicious. I bought this bread as Dr Robert Lustig said it had a lot of fiber which I felt was needed, hence, my trying it. It certainly is a journey to remove sugars from your diet, once you do it though, there's no going back. Excellent bread

I don't know why they call this bag of saw dust bread. I don't know what it is but IT IS NOT BREAD! It looked like a loaf until I opened the bag. Once the bag was opened there was nothing to hold it together & all I had was a bag of crumbs that taste like saw dust.

I love, love, love this bread! It was recommended to me by my cousin — and she was so right. The slices are large, so I cut them in half before I toast it — and sometimes twice because it takes a little longer to toast. My favorite way to eat it is with a little avocado smeared on it, sprinkled with salt and cayenne and some scrambled eggs. Don’t judge my preferences! The fiber content is so high, it doesn’t spike my glucose and it’s very filling and satisfying. You can pick it up at Whole Foods for half the price it’s sold on Amazon.

One of the best things about this bread is its flavor, especially when toasted. I find it to be absolutely delicious when served with honey and cream cheese, creating a delightful and nutritious treat that's perfect for a quick breakfast or a satisfying snack. The unique taste of Mestemacher Fitness Bread sets it apart from other bread options on the market. The scent of this bread is another delightful aspect worth mentioning. I was looking forward to this for avocado toast. It had a super sour taste. I tried toasting it and it still had that sourness. Not sure if it's similar to a sourdough or I just got a bad batch, definitely not for me.
