I love, love, love this bread! It was recommended to me by my cousin — and she was so right. The slices are large, so I cut them in half before I toast it — and sometimes twice because it takes a little longer to toast. My favorite way to eat it is with a little avocado smeared on it, sprinkled with salt and cayenne and some scrambled eggs. Don’t judge my preferences! The fiber content is so high, it doesn’t spike my glucose and it’s very filling and satisfying. You can pick it up at Whole Foods for half the price it’s sold on Amazon.

This is how mine was delivered. I’d never repurchase or suggest this product to anyone, due to the condition I received it in. Half of it’s in crumbles and a mess. I won’t be purchasing again and I would suggest anyone here looking to purchase don’t. Don’t waste your money.

Didn't care for this one, but I love the three flavor pack, it's my go to bread, doesn't run my sugar up, I hv high sugar, am type 1 diabetic I cut the loaf in half and make open face sandwich😋 ps is better toasted
