Good for my Ice machine drain
Works great for my Ice machine. It didn't have access near a floor drain so I installed this pump next to my church's under counter ice machine. This works out perfect. Easy to install. It's very quiet, especially in a kitchen setting. Probably wouldn't hear it if it was in an attic or furnace closet. So far so good and I would recommend or purchase again if needed

Works as it should
Have my on demand hot water condensation line running into this. Works as it should. No issues and easy to set up

Good
The pump works well. The only thing that surprised me was that it doesn't have an on/off switch. You just plug it into the outlet, and it starts running

It does a great job.
The Armstrong pump is just what I needed to control the water produced by my portable air conditioner. I use the side port because I can't elevate the air conditioner high enough to let gravity drain it into the top port. Once the drain hose fills to the right level I drain it into the pump and the water is pumped out into a 5 gallon water bottle, which I empty out later. It is a good solution to a common problem with portable air conditioners.

Fair but not for USA HVAC pipe sizes.
A good pump, however the inlet holes are not sized for USA pipe sizes normally used for HVAC. I had to use a hole saw to cut out for 3/4 pvc pipe inlet. I am sure that would void any warranty. There is a rubber adapter I think they intend for you to use but it would not last long in an attic environment and causes a restriction at the pipe end.

Replacement
The pump that I had the motor overheated and burned the plastic on the pump I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement pump

Not bad pump. But very bad and stop working
Works as advertised and moves condensate reliably, but build quality feels cheap for long-term use. The pump is noticeably loud when cycling, which could be an issue in living spaces. Tubing and fittings are serviceable but not confidence-inspiring, and the instructions are minimal. Fine as a budget or temporary solution, but I wouldn’t trust it for a critical or hard-to-access installation. Just add additional comments: stop work definitely
