Firstly I would like to compliment them on the delivery service. I was at work when the item came, but instead of just leaving it somewhere - behind the bins (which I don't mind) or left on the doorstep (which I definitely do mind) they actually took it away and brought it back when I was in later that same day, so top marks for that. The actual products themselves are amazing, the smell is gorgeous. Very good value as well buying as a bundle. Can't fault them.

This was the 7 piece set we bought which arrived in the same box with another z6 piece cleaning set and at least 3 of the bottles were cracked and had leaked, we have requested replacements and have had no reply for almost a week now, very sad as we would 100% of been great repeat customers.
