I recommend for the use of massage.
Castor or "Arandi ka Tel" is very good for stomach (Constipation) and joints (Joint Health) but needs to be consulted before use.

Seems excellent
The first impression is : fantastic! Extremely well packed and tastes good. I use it very sparingly for oral radiation caries and the subsequent candidiasis. I will report back after a month, but for now it's great.

Excellent item and it is my go-to laxative. For me, 60ml mixed with orange juice to disguise flavour and texture, works perfectly.
