Does exactly what it is supposed to. - I bought this to take advantage of the 10 gig ethernet on my NAS drive and it worked perfectly right out of the box. The switch itself is well bult with a metal case, feels sturdy and fit for purpose. It was very easy to set up. I just plugged it in, connected my NAS and PC to the pair of 10 gig ports and then connected one of the 2,5 gig ports to my router. fired everything up and it all connected and worked without any further setup. I'm getting really good speeds between the PC and NAS now, about 10 times what I was previously getting over a 1 gig connection. It's been incredibly hot here in the UK recently but the switch has still performed well. The case gets warm but not hot and does not overheat. If you need a switch and don't need more than 2 10 gig ports then I would definitely say that you cannot go far wrong with this switch. Well built, reliable, easy to use and good value for money.
