Looked quality when waiting the 48 hours to 72.. Was warmer in bed...First night was strange as you have to get use to it.. But it's just a little to soft for us as coming from a rock solid mattress.. But would buy another great price and quality... Take the plunge it looks great on our sleigh bed...definitely meduim to firm mattress... We slept well so no problems with it..

We hade been looking for a replacement mattress for some time before we came across the Serweet range. There was nothing on the market that matched its value. We had purchased 2 single Serweet mattresses and used them prior to purchasing one for our king size bed, therefore knew the level of comfort provided. We chose the 30cm mattress for greater comfort. The mattress is good value for money and provides the support needed for our backs. Recommend Serweet to anyone looking for a great mattress providing a high level of comfort and great value.

We were shopping around for a new King Size Mattress, then came across this brand SERWEET, never heard of them before. I wasn't paying over £500, so decided on buying this one, Great Mattress for the price!! I wish it was a little softer, only had it 1 month though, so it will go softer over time, nice and supportive though. Made up i bought it though!!

After a couple of months of sleeping on this mattress I can confirm that this is not a good mattress . The memory foam top is very poor quality and you don’t even thinks is there . After a while you can actually start feeling the springs . Also I bought a king size mattress for the standard king size bed I have and the mattress is visibly smaller ( not wide enough) than a king size . I would like to return it , however if it’s the same company who was supposed to collect my old mattress when this one has been delivered , I would rather not . They left me with the mattress even though I paid for the recycling service . The two Asian men told me that they can’t take the mattress because had a few spots and apparently “ Amazon cannot resell it “ . Resell it ? I thought was supposed to be recycled in a responsible manner .

Really happy with this mattress I would say it’s soft to medium and so comfortable. No aches or pains in the morning and not getting to hot. Terrific value for money

Pros - Great delivery/unpacking service - Nice packaging - 30cm depth is good - Softer side of medium-firm but we prefer this Good mattress, feels like a cloud Amazing customer support Got it unpacked in room for extra £4 would recommend delivery and waste was perfect. Conclusion: It would be an option for someone who prefers soft sleeps. Would recommend for any weight as its deep enough for heavier people.

I'm from the generation of box springs and a mattresses on top. The kind you have to have delivered and lug through the house. Getting a mattress that didn't require a box spring and could be delivered rolled up in a box was a big stretch. Read the reviews for this which helped a lot. Especially the part where people mentioned there was no smell (confirmed). So I ordered it. It was a heavy box but manageable. Read the instructions - IMPORTANT - on unboxing. Went through the procedure and it expanded back to shape pretty quickly. Looked good in a few hours and within a day it was nearly there. I've also never had a hybrid mattress with foam and springs like this one. It is very comfortable and relatively firm. Sleep is good as ever. At first blush it seems to be a very nice mattress. Comfortable, firm enough, and at a very competitive price. Quality is good and it will be interesting to see how long it goes before needing replacement. Frankly at this cost you could replace it every 7 years and still be way ahead of the big name brands. Fingers crossed. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is a great mattress. It’s comfortable and nice and deep. It doesn’t need box springs. It arrived vacuum sealed in plastic packaging. After opening it, we waited two days to let it completely inflate before using it. It is nice and thick - we use deep sheets on it. And it is SO comfortable - not too firm, but also not so squishy that you sink in too much. It really is just right. We are very happy with it and think it’s a great value for the money.

I searched for weeks and weeks for the perfect mattress. Once I finally decided which one to purchase , I read the one-stars reviews as I always do. A lot of buyers were saying that they were unaware that that particular mattress had fiberglass in it. I never even had a clue that some mattresses have fiberglass. I read up on it and decided to start my search all over again - this time for a FIBERGLASS FREE mattress. Again, after searching through a lot of mattresses and reviews, I finally found this one. The description stated that it would take approximately 48-72 hours for the mattress to be fully inflated - however, I read a few reviews that stated a warm room would make the mattress inflate faster. Before removing the plastic, I put the heater on for approximately 30 minutes. Let me tell you, as soon as I started to unroll the outer layer of plastic the mattress started inflating. I had to quickly remove the inner layer of plastic due to how fast it was expanding. The pictures I've including were taken within five minutes of me taking the plastic off! As you can see the hot room definitely helped A LOT. Initially I thought I was going to have to sleep on the sofa the first night, but since the mattress had been firm for hours prior to my bedtime (approx.7 hours later), I slept on it with no problem. Also, some buyers have stated that the corners never filled out. In my photo, you can see mine had no issues with the corners, or the general thickness throughout. I purchased the 10" inch mattress and have a 16" frame. It is the perfect height and thickness for me. I waited a few days before posting a review because I wanted to wait to see how comfortable it was. It's been great! The bed is firm - but, not hard. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!

Its a good medium to firm bed. I added a 3" memory foam topper for a bit more plush on top as the one it has is fairly thin. I get hot at night, but it could be the topper plus I'm at that age of hot flashes so is possibly inevitable.
