Hi there and good morning! Happy Thursday! Well I researched this for you because I purchased this myself, it is delicious on everything from celery to whatever truly. It is now GONE and I must purchase more. After researching and ending up at their website, I called them and asked the question. NO, was the answer no gluten in salt unless it is possibly "mixed" with something else. If I were you, I would double check with your medical team and call the company, they were great to talk to. Anyone have tried both the alderwood smoked sea salt and applewood smoked sea salt from this company? hows the comparison? thanks so much!

I've tried only the Alderwood bc I prefer its smokiness over applewood. It's FAB! Make sure to have a glass bottle to transfer contents from plastic pouch; glass retains the flavor longer than plastic.

The truffle "flavor" is that a chemically made flavor?

There are pieces of ground truffle all through it. And the aroma is awesome the flavor is strong and you don't need much to add good flavor to your dishes. I have enjoyed it. And I reordered. ( Simply because I have shared with others.  Lol )
