Review: Fantastic Investment In Your Safety - Firstly would like to make a point I had a accident last year where a car hit me when I was riding on a country lane and drove off, I had front and rear lights active plus I ride in high vis clothing. As such I continue to try and improve ways in which I can make myself as visible as possible and feel I am as safe as possible as my daily commute for work is done on my bike. These lights (I bought the 2 pack for both wheels) are absolutely fantastic and I love them, they are a little fiddly to install on yourself but if you have a second person available to help attach to your hub this becomes a breeze and they are simple to weave through the spokes to cover your full wheel. They are super bright and I guarantee you are making yourself many many more times visible at long distance with the light they give off. They are battery powered and they are simple to pop in but again reattaching to the hub isn't simple if you are by yourself at the time. I have used these on my wheels in glorious sunshine, torrential rain, slightly snowy and icy weather and they have never faulted so far (touch wood) They have been a great investment and I don't envisage any time I would not use these on my commuter bike going forward. Review: Highly recommend - Highly recommend, brought for a 14inch bike and a 20inch bike, they look great in the dark, I do find smaller tyres look better as there is enough cable to go round twice so more lights but either way I love them on both bikes, cant comment on there performance outside as these bikes are christmas pressents but so far so good ## Features - THE COOLEST BIKE WHEEL LIGHTS AROUND: Get ready to be the envy of your town with the #1 selling bike wheel lights featured on NBC, ABC, CBS, and FOX. Activ Lites fit most wheels from 12” toddler tires all the way up to 29” adult bicycles. The exceptions are wheels that have unusually tight spokes and unusually large center hubs. Some BMX bikes have tightly-spaced spokes and most e-bikes (electric bicycles) have too large of a hub on the rear wheel. **Q: Will this work on a child wheelchair my child scared off the dark she love light on her wheelchair** A: Hi, yes they should be fine for her, they give off a lovely light. **Q: Can lights on tbe wheels be used for on the road at night? Unsure if its legal to use them or not as i dont feel entirely safe without enough lights** A: They make you visible especially at turnings, they do not light up the road though; so good to make your bike very noticeable, but you will need the usual front and rear lights and reflectors. **Q: Are the colour changing lights also meant to flash?** A: Hello! our Color Changing lights only have one mode and that is constant on while changing colors. It does not have a flash option like our other variations. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Investment In Your Safety *by H***O on 28 April 2022* Firstly would like to make a point I had a accident last year where a car hit me when I was riding on a country lane and drove off, I had front and rear lights active plus I ride in high vis clothing. Whilst putting this on my bike the light kept moving out of place even though instructions were followed. Once we figured it out the lights were great. ## Frequently Bought Together - Activ Life LED Bike Wheel Lights with Batteries Included, Get 100% Brighter and Visible from All Angles for Ultimate Safety & Style (1 Tire Pack, Red) - Ascher Ultra Bright USB Rechargeable Bike Light Set, Powerful Bicycle Front Headlight and Back Taillight, 4 Light Modes, Easy to Install for Men Women Kids Road Mountain Cycling Black - Zewdov Bike Lights for Night Riding, USB Rechargeable Bike Lights Front and Back, Waterproof IP65 Bicycle Light, 4+6 Modes Bike Headlight and Tail Light Set,1.5 Hrs Fast Charging, Easy to Install --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/61091367-activ-life-led-bike-wheel-lights-with-batteries-included-get](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/61091367-activ-life-led-bike-wheel-lights-with-batteries-included-get) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
