These little things are great. I got them because I'm often bloated and I hold on to too much water weight. For the first few uses I only took 1 and it really did it's job. No unbearable cramping, fast acting (within an hour) and 1-2 trips to the bathroom and the little pill has ran its course. Great! But when the 1 pill wasn't working anymore (no trips to the bathroom at all) I increased my intake to 2 and although it was still a comfortable time with no harsh cramping, Where one little pill ran its solid course in 2-3 hours, 2 pills took me like 10 hours to pass and wasn't very solid after the first few hours if you catch my drift i.e I really couldn't trust a cough during this time lol. 100% a great product though! My new go to because it's overall very gentle and has really taken down the water weight and bloating. Just be prepared! Plan taking these around how much upcoming access you'll have around toilets.

I’ve been using these when I need a little help staying regular, and they work well for me. I like that they’re gentle and reliable, and I’ve been happy with the results. They do what I expect them to do, and the 150-count bottle is a great value. A product I’ll continue to keep on hand.

My only choice. They are very small pills, no side effects unless you take too many, no taste due to they are coated, very easy to use, and they are stronger than any other laxatives on the market. Gentle and works well over night.

These pills are insane! They certainly help IMMEDIATELY with constipation but be prepared to be in the bathroom for 20 minute periods over the course of 2-3 hours. I recently started a glp1 and had been experiencing issues with irregular, often painful bowel movements. This little pill worked INSTANTLY (within 2 hours) and helped so much. I do try very hard to stay hydrated when I occasionally take these because they will empty you out completely. But if you’re experiencing severe constipation, I’d give these a try.

Holy cow do these work!!!! Super tiny pills. Easy to swallow. I read to take 1-3 pills, i said what the heck and took 3!!!! Oooh my a few hours later it cleansed me out!!!! They really do the magic! I recommend taking them on a day you can stay home & close to the toilet! I know this might not sound healthy but i plan on taking them once s week to give my stomach s good cleanse weekly. Overall love the product & results.
