As I already own a set of these candles and enjoy them I have purchased more as presents.

They have only just arrived, they look beautiful but I don't have enough batteries to try them out, they are a gift. Amazon you should at least give us time to try things out before asking for a review, just a thought

The candles are really excellent. The glass being silvered makes it less obvious that they're not real candles and unless you're looking at them closely they really do look quite realistic. The glass looks very classy in its own right too so even when they're switched off they look good.The flames don't actually move, unlike some LED candles. They're moulded bits of plastic attached to a "wick". In my view that's actually preferable to the moving flame effect because (having tried them in the past) they tend to make a slight clicking noise as they move and don't actually add as much to the realism as you might think.I liked them so much I immediately bought a second set and we now have both sets in our bedroom. That means we have two remote controls (one either side of the bed is quite handy!) and all six candles are controlled by either remote.My only minor criticism is that the remote controls themselves are a bit flimsy and don't have particularly good range. From a couple of meters away they're fine but from across the room it can take a couple of goes to get all of the candles to turn on or off. Not a massive problem though.Overall I think they're brilliant.

Well we always had a silver candle look and we purchased 2 lots “6” and with the remote control it’s simple and easy to switch on and off at the end of the day ! Highly recommended

Love these candles. The colour is beautiful when lit or unlit. I'm looking forward to using these come the darker evenings. Especially love the fact that they're on a timer so no having to remind my other half to turn them off.Brilliant but ND the purchase price was a definite bonus.
