Measure and make sure the hole diameter is the same

they were great. just what i was looking for. but the only thing was i wish that they all came keyed with one key two did one didn't other than that it was great i will be ordering more of them.

Avoid if you have any choice
My boat has two non-locking versions of these Perko latches that have been out in the sun and salt for almost 30 years. There was nothing wrong with them. I needed locks and thought this was the obvious solution.There are two reasons I wish I hadn't bought these:1) The lock cylinder has no shield or guard on it. I was expecting that these had the normal shield that pushes out of the way as you insert the key. If your application is horizontal, rather than a vertical cabinet door: Salt, water, dirt, bird droppings, whatever, are going inside the lock cylinder. Perko must be aware of this issue, because they sell an optional "Weatherproof Cover".2) Straight out of brand new retail Perko packaging proudly touting made in USA and 5 year warranty: The ABS plastic bezel seemed to have stress cracks (as pictured). During installation I discovered that the other reviews aren't joking: The ABS plastic bezel around the latch is extremely fragile. The most gentle of pressure, just enough to keep the latch from spinning in the hole was enough to generate a bunch of terrible cracking sounds from the bezel. Clearly Perko has a problem with the design or materials; something has changed. My nearly 30 year old latches have no such cracks and seem to be made out of fiberglass reinforced plastic. The new bezels seem like plain ABS.

Plastic can break
Broke on install. It is plastic and by just tightening the screws on the metal backing plate the top flange (which is plastic) popped and cracked off with little effort. The backing plate is metal and the top flanges being plastic will not hold up. Maybe I over tightened it? I'd guess on that as the instructions had no mention or warnings of the plastic failing. Actually they has almost no words on them at all just a diagram.So now I got a 2 inch hole in my boat hatch. Guess I'll have to research some more to find a metal version.I gave it 2 stars because after breaking it still works.... kinda. If anyone come by with a hammer it would break and fall into the hatch tho. So I guess it's not really secure either
