Hi, All the boxes of camel milk I've purchased recently no longer show any expiration date on them. The previous ones I bought at least show a one-year shelf life. It really confuses me. Why don't you go ask the vender?

Is this raw camel milk powder or pasteurized?'

The milk powder is pasteurized per USDA standards. Raw Milk is not allowed into the US or via Interstate transportation unless it is pasteurized.

How many carbs, sugars, vitamins, etc in this?

sugars (not added sugars) 10g; carb. 11g; protein 7g; calcium 250mg; iron 0.5mg; potassium 70mg; vitamin C 2.4mg--------the above is based on serving size 3 tbsp (27g)
