Just recently discovered these at my neighborhood Publix and tried this brand because they were sweet and they strips. Love the crunch and they go along with my plant based journey. Better than potato chips. But the ones I ordered from Amazon didn't seem as fresh. Maybe it was the large bag that allowed them to settle to the bottom and let in more air during storage, packing, and delivery. IDK? Didn't find any smaller options for these on Amazon. But these taste much better than the plain kind.

Chifles brand plantain chips are THE best on the market, and trust me, I've tried them all. Every time I travel to South Florida I grab these by the dozen to bring back home with me. I'm so glad that they're on Amazon now and I can buy them - but that's also dangerous, haha. I will say that the price is a bit steeper than what you will find in the supermarket, but if you don't have these readily available and you have an event or really want quality plantain chips - these should be your go to! They're great with any Spanish dishes of course, but also guacamole, soup, and pretty much anything you can think of. Highly highly recommend!

I I wish I would’ve taken a picture or video to show. I didn’t even think of it. I was so excited to find these online because I can’t find them where I live so I immediately ordered them. They took a while to get here which was fine but when I got them, every bag was completely crushed into like almost not dust, but like a little bigger than that, it was terrible, so disappointing I won’t even order them again

I've never had plantains before, so I didn't know what to expect. But I think these are pretty good. Harder and thicker than chips. like the saltiness to them.

These kettle style chips are a fantastic alternative to potato chips and are highly addictive. The slightly sweet taste is balanced well with the salty. They are not as sweet as a ripe banana or plantain and not as salty as many brands of potato chips I've tried. This combination itself leads to a more healthy snack option.The chips at the top of the bag were more like large strips in my case, and the bottom third of the bag were about 1 inch sized strips. I didn't really find any circular type "chips" of the vertical sliced variety as seen in the picture, but no matter as they were the perfect size for me as a snack.The thickness is just large enough to keep them crunchy and to a size where they don't break apart to miniscule crumbs in the bottom of the bag, allowing one to savor the flavor all the way to the bottom.The entire family enjoyed them!
