Well built flawless function
The only thing I was not 100% thrilled with was that the carriage bolts only go in one direction and I do not like having the nuts on the outside of my gate.

Great working latch
I like how the latch works it was a simple install and makes opening and closing my pasture and barn gates so smooth and simple. Why did it take me so long to upgrade my gate latches?

Heavy Duty
Installed this on our 12' CountyLine 1 3/4" pipe gate from Tractor supply and it works great! I am sure I could have used the less heavy duty gate and save some cash since the part with the striker with the shim is still a bit loose on the pipe gate but crank it on down and it will tighten right up and not be an issue moving around.
