These are more absorbent than regular gauze pads, so they work great for wounds that produce a lot of liquid.

These sterile nonwoven gauze pads are great. I like the fact that they're individually wrapped. They were used with an extra large Band-Aid while a sore was being treated. I never worried about the wound would open up and cause a mess. The gauze stayed in place and fit perfectly inside an extra large Band-Aid with these pads being individually wrapped made it easy to stick some in your pocket
