Loadout 5-Gallon Bucket, Impact Resistant Fishing/Utility Bucket

I’m sure you’re thinking why would i spend $40 dollars for a bucket? How much better could a bucket be? Well, people have different uses for things and i can tell why i love this bucket. First of all, if you use 5 gallon plastic buckets outdoors like i do, you know that if they’re left in the sun too long, they’ll start breaking from the UV exposure. Not the YetiB. I’ve left Yeti’s outside for months with no issues. Also, the Yeti is food safe. So if you’re even thinking of putting food for yourself or pets, you wont have to worry about plastic leeching into your liquids or microplastics breaking down into your dry foods. I will admit however, if you wont be storing your buckets outside in the sun or using it for food, it’s probably overkill, but i simply like the way its looks and its uber rugged construction. I think it’s worth getting over a standard bucket. It truly will last you a lifetime!

Okay, it’s a bucket, but it an awesome bucket. The accessories are really nice and the non slip bottom is really nice. I bought the red color and it looks like a fire truck, lol… The only drawback is that it’s so nice, I’m somewhat hesitant to use it… Haha…

I purchased this bucket as a Father's Day gift for my dad, as his old one has seen better days, and we are both fans of the late Hobo Shoestring.The bucket itself is quite sturdy. The plastic is very thick and durable. There is no flex at all. It features a wide nylon strap with a thick plastic handle in the center for easy carrying. It's much more comfortable than the standard thin plastic and metal handles you find on regular buckets.The mouth of the bucket seems too wide to accept a standard bucket lid. It seems as though any regular sized lid would just lay inside the lip and spin freely. While this may technically work for basic needs, some lids with handles built into the sides would probably have to have them broken off in order to fit, though I can't say for certain. Consequently, the official YETI lid is probably the best option, so it's a shame one isn't included from the factory, given the price of the bucket itself.As an aside, and as stated earlier in the review, this is the same bucket used by many Youtubers, including the late Hobo Shoestring. We were very sorry to hear of his passing, and enjoyed his adventures very much. If you've been trying to figure out which bucket he used, this is it.All in all, it's by far the toughest bucket I've ever seen. If you need one, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better one than this. Worth every penny.

Safe to say, there isn't a better 5 gallon bucket on the planet. I bought three of these, a couple caddies, a lid (OMG- the lid is crazy awesome quality- insane), and I just ordered the padded seat. Super stoked that YETI made these! YETI quality through and through. 5 star no doubt. Is it overkilled to spend this kind of dough on a bucket??? Not for me. I'd much rather invest in high quality item that I will never have to replace, and also enjoy using to the max. Buy this now! You will not be sorry.

Got this for my husband because he loves to go fishing. He absolutely loves it. It’s been a year since I bought this and its durability actually surprises me. Heavy duty and functional for your fishing needs. Easy to carry to the river banks. And comfortable to sit on if you forget to bring a chair!!
