I ordered the brown sugar syrup several times from this company. It tasted good. However, in my last order, i found mold in the syrup. I use a pump for the bottle. There was a little syrup left in the bottom of the bottle. I unscrewed the pump to pour out the remaining bit of syrup into my cup. There was a patch of mold in the leftover syrup with an acrid nasty smell. I can't believe I consumed this entire bottle of syrup without knowing. I'm going back to Torani syrups. Lesson: stay away from products with dark packaging!

Not to be dramatic but I'm obsessed, I think I'm on my 7th bottle! This saved me from spending all my money on going out to a coffee shop. I also use it in teas, my over night oats, pastrys.
