So dampen face and then let it dry like 90% and then apply the balm. It’s been helpful in helping repair my skin barrier and has been helping me get rid of blackheads! I do feel like I need to use more to remove mascara and really get a clean face I gotta use more than I wish I had to. Cause the container is so small. But I still really like it! Maybe 4.5 stars just for that reason. Also- if you see the “38% sale” Amazon says they’re running. They’re lying lol. You can get this from Boho’s website for $25. So don’t feel pressed to purchase from here.
