A light and adaptable trellis, or a frame for keeping the critters out
I used to spend a lot of time cobbling scrap wood and furring strips together for netting to protect my tomato plants from deer predation, so when I saw this trellis as an Amazon Vine item I decided to give it a look. The box was smaller than I expected, but everything was there, and once assembled it's a good frame for netting. It has a lot of pieces, but it's easy to assemble once you get everything sorted and organized. It did take a little effort to get the solid plastic rods seated in the connectors but it was was pretty easy overall. A rubber mallet helps, and once assembled It's a good lightweight frame that's rigid enough that you can lift it from one side and move it easily. I know that since it's in the cellar waiting for warmer weather, and I've moved it a few times. It's likely good for growing veggies up to cucumber size but not heavy items like melons. It is light, so it may need some wire or twine to stake it down to keep it from taking off in high winds, especially with a lot of leafy plants on it. It could also be taller, but the height is shown so the buyer has to decide if it's tall enough for their needs. As one reviewer mentioned it's basically a Leggo set, so you can adapt it to fit your needs. In my case it's going on a hillside, so I'll take parts from one side to extend the other to compensate for the slope. The rods are 11 mm in diameter so it can in some cases be combined with other 11 mm kits too.I like it so much I purchased a second one to fully cover a row of tomato plants. Compared to the time to build a frame and the cost of PVC pipe or furring strips it's an economical choice that's easy to break down for storage. It'll work well as a cucumber trellis, and it makes a dandy frame for netting to keep the deer at bay.

Exactly what I needed for my raised bed garden
Nice size for a raised (30” off the ground) garden. I turned the top pieces to make it wider for an arbor trellis across two garden beds.As the bars are lightweight and covered in plastic it is deceiving that they might be all plastic, but it holds up well in the garden and was a good price for what I was looking for.Easy to put together.Wear the gloves (or your own) when you put it together. The additional accessories were a nice bonus.Note to seller/manufacturer: With an extra bar (that was not included) you could form a higher arbor with 3 rows rather than 4. To have that option with only one additional bar would be a great selling point.

This is NOT Made of Metal
What you need to know. This is NOT metal. The title says it is, but the actual product is not. Think of those green plastic tomato stakes that you get at Wal Mart. That's what this is made out of. It is actually I think better not being metal and may last a little longer. It took 15 minutes to assemble the frame and put it in place. I expect the netting to take considerably longer to fasten. I can't do that today, because as always, it's windy here. I think this will be better than the A frame variety I had last year that was weirdly fastened together and only lasted one season.

Not super tall but does the job
It took a while to put together but I expected that. However, it turns out we really needed something quite a bit taller because within mere days we had already grown over this! It's still working good and much better than nothing but next time I will buy taller and really hope the prices come down for what it is

Cute cucumber appearing rods & sturdy!
Easy to put together per daughter. Sturdy through end winter/early spring winds. Anxious to see if plants will trellis correctly on it. Tried with sugar snap peas but alas none grew. Will trial with watermelon and squash as soon as can safely plant them.
