Fits well. Not sure if it should be used for working out though, which is exactly what I bought this for. After using it for workouts multiple times a week for several weeks, you'll have to wash this quite regularly or else it will stink. The issue that happens at that point is that the hat buckle on the back will start rusting and discoloring the strap on the back of the hat.
