Beautiful mug that keeps your drink hot! (or cold...)
This is a beautiful travel mug, easy-to-use, and it definitely does the job. Hours later, my coffee is still piping hot. I love that feature! It is also leakproof and does not spill even when the mug is knocked over and left on its side (in a closed position, of course). The included spoon for stirring was one of the reasons I selected this mug, and it does not disappoint.There are two reasons why I am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5: 1) the mug opening is quite small and it is difficult to wash because of it; and 2) the travel mug had a small patch of the gold paint scratched off from where the spoon rested against it during shipping.

Keeps them cold for a long time, beautiful design
The media could not be loaded. It is cool travel mug, it kept cold my drink more than 5 hours. That is more than i expected. I like its design there is a auto clip on the top of the mug. I did not know it comes with a spoon i am so happy to have it as an extra . Recommended!

Doesn’t fit under coffee maker and paint falls off
It arrived with a scratch and doesn’t fit under the coffee maker which is kind of the whole idea...also not dishwasher safe paint completely falls off

Just got my mug today and it came scratched.

Product is NOT Dishwasher safe
False advertising alert!! The black coating on the exterior has started wearing off within 2 months. Have been using Dishwasher top rack only for washing it.
