Sea Salt Shack | Applewood Smoked Sea Salt

I like to experiment with new flavorings in my recipes but my daughter has a problem with 'different' or 'spicy'. It makes for a boring dinner. Then I found a recipe in a magazine that used this applewood smoked sea salt, it sounded interesting but I was worried that it might be too smoky. I used it on my pork loan roast and it was awesome. It wasn't too strong, it was just right (I sound like Mama Bear). Of course I was careful about the amount used, but I didn't have to worry. I will buy this again, in the meantime I'm going to try it on everything because it's idiot free. Awesome.

I ordered this so my sister could taste GREAT SALMON - She said it always tastes fishy - I said you have never had Smoked Sea Salt Salmon - While on vacation visiting her I ordered the Salt and seasoned the Salmon we purchased from Sams Club and she was AMAZED it tasted fresh and Wonderful - Thank You!!

Made meatless collard greens for my vegan friends. Needed a smoke flavor to replace the smoked meats I normally use. Everyone loved the greens. The hidden ingredient was this smoked salt. I now use it on other cooked items that could benefit from a smokey flavor. Be aware that this salt is not as fine as Morton salt. The crystals are bigger. Its great to cook with but not the best as a table salt.

Gives ur food a great Smokey taste. I’m trying Vegan do the taste is greatly apprieciated. Gave 3 stares only because it’s really small for the price.

I bought this initially to make my smoked mushroom burger but I use it when I cook in home, when I bake it has a lightly Smokey flavor and not to much.

I have been making my steaks in a cast iron skillet lately instead of the grill, and this salt is perfect for that... gives the meat just a slight smokiness which is great!

Good but definitely very strong smoke flavor. If you like your food well salted it wouldn't hurt to have both this and regular salt in the recipe.
