Here we go, where do I start? Just like all of you here I was looking for a nice massage chair as I recently started to have back aches since I drive a lot, lately I just felt very stiff, and decided that it’s time for me to invest into something like this. Have been reading a lot of reviews went to look at cheaper chairs and thought that it wasn’t enough for my body, and almost bought the iBoom which is almost the same price it also had great reviews. But decided to go back and look at a couple more videos on different chairs, and this one did not disappoint. I want to point out that this is not one of your pedicure massage chairs. It really works on your full back and butt, and feet rollers are awesome. I love that legs compression, I can’t even tell you!! Also, am completely in love with the Thai stretch. There is so many different settings so many different massages and techniques. This is my second massage chair, the first one was $600. This one is almost triple in price but so worth it. My son said it’s a little painful, it is only painful in the parts where your back needs attention, also you can put the settings to less intense, and there is settings for leisure. As soon as I bought it, Unpacked it right after work I got into it and went through two sessions each 20 minutes. Fell asleep multiple times in it :)Most importantly, I got up from the chair and felt so light, I felt like lymphatic drainage has been done on my body, and went to the bathroom right away.My house is one level house. All there was is one step to get into the house and the delivery boy helped me to get it into the house gave him $15 tip.Comes assembled, easy assembly of touchscreen, which is just screwing it in. Is quiet enough to fall asleep in it, if you know what I’m saying. Fits through regular bedroom doors which I was a little worried about that it wouldn’t. Very comfortable. Sturdy. Looks very rich in my office!!My life is complete ❤️💁‍♀️

Chair would automatically go to a program that was too strong for us and we could never get it to change programs or identify which program it was in, ended up returning it. Seller fought us on the return shipping charge, but we pushed back threatening to report to Amazon and seller finally gave us a full refund. Be prepared to keep the chair because sending it back was not easy!!

This massage chair is beautiful. Looks very new age and has modern design features.It’s comfortable and we use it daily. Helps with back aches and is great for those sciatica muscles. Although it has many functions it’s very easy to use. Just hit the power button and it massages the whole body for 20 min without pressing anything else.

The massage chair is beautiful and provides great massage. It came fully assembled. Shipping was delayed for a few days, but it arrived. Email communication is better than phone call. They responded to emails.

It might be a good chair if you're a midget. I'm 5'8" 190#. The chair feels like it should be in a childs' room.Very hard to get in or out. Literally feels like a childs' recliner. Absolutely would not recommend. The cost to ship it back makes it a poor purchase.

Product was defective, the track was misaligned which ended with back pain. The customer support team lacks of knowledge and will reply during late (am) hours. Returning the item was a headache and they'll take their time to provide the refund. Not recommended.

i am a train wreck of pain in a dumpster fire. I need a massage every day, usually twice a day. This great quality massage chair allows me to get that when I need it, hassle free. I love having this chair available to me any time, no appointment or human interaction required! Relief, ANYTIME I want it. This chair has definitely changed my life. I have severe degenerative disc disease in my entire spine and it feels so SOOOOOO good to get in this chair. There are several types of preprogrammed massages, but once I discovered and learned the manual modes, I fell even more in love with this bad boy. I can control up down or just focus on one spot. Dude I cannot say enough about how much relief this chair gives me from the pain!!
