Brilliant product, have been getting these since I was at school and now for my children. Lovely to see a colour other than black and gold - very girly and daughters favourite colour so win win! Bargain price here too

Happy days are here again. Me and my husband take turns to put cushions down the back of our trousers and beat each other with this ruler. It's just like our dear old school days!It's a serious bit of nostalgia, with the compass markings on the back. All I want now is a nibbled down fountain pen and an inkwell to take me back to the 60s. Nicely made and does all the things a ruler should, while being nice to look at and hold. What more could the human heart desire of a ruler?

Bought for my daughter starting year 7, she didn’t really like the silver one that much so when we found this she was amazed! Also loved the free pen.

Lovely twist on a classic product - 11yr old daughter loved it ... maybe not enough to start loving Maths, but a great sweetener for back-to-school ;-)

The components in the box are fine and likely will do the job for the foreseeable future.The plastic items are not scatter safe but unless they make a bad fall or are stepped upon they are unlikely to break easily.The rubber does the job: it's not a piece of plastic but an actual rubber.The box comes with a placeholder in rather flimsy plastic that best should be kept. If kept at all time in the box its survival time is likely acceptable.The box is pretty. Poor quality though. It arrived bumped and out of shape even while in its display packing. The metal folds easily. Too easily. While in a backpack the lid won't hold the stuff in. Unless the box goes in a zipped poach it is pretty useless for transport. That is sad.

Great value for money, cheaper than the supermarket when I purchased. Came with a pen as well so was a bonus.

Super flimsy and unfinished. NOT a vintage piece, by any means. They could at least give it a clear coat of some sort. Overpriced.
