I use this about 2-3 x's a week and I have noticed the sensitivity in my teeth is now gone after about 2 months of use. If you have tooth decay or sensitivity problems, use this before you go to bed after your brush your teeth.I did and I'm glad I found this product. It also tastes way better then the other brands.
