Even in a bad situation, they do the right thing! *by E***. on July 10, 2022* Bought this battery pack for a laptop I refurbished for my oldest daughter and it showed up at 0.10V, which is never a good sign for a Li-Ion pack, and of course, after several attempts to "trick" the BMS, it was a slow charge/immediate discharge kind of thing ... so it was bricked. I painlessly initiated a replacement, Thanks Amazon, but then realized a bit late an RA was generated for the dead pack I had. I contacted the seller, Fancy Buying, who I'll highly recommend to anyone in need of their products at the absolute best prices anywhere, and after expressing my concerns about sending it back out in the mail, as well as the additional shipping cost, that most likely at the time I got this was the same as the retail price of the product, they did the right thing!!! I can now dispose of the potentially hazardous battery pack responsibly at the local recycling center and not stress myself for a couple days hoping it doesn't start a fire on a plane somewhere, Fancy Buying still gets to break even on the sale, or close to it hopefully and gains a loyal customer who buys more batteries than I wanna, and the planet and my hairline get a break for the day ... All that and it was still only 5 biz days from the time I paid until I had a strong, operational, better quality than I expected, battery pack charged, discharged, and charged for my first born baby girl's brand used 17.5" laptop that she seems pretty stoked about.
