After using not regularly or at same time but 5 times average a week. I saw improvement in my energy level, I feel more stable during stairs climb or walk, I might have low red blood cells, I didn't tested as this tablets are only have RDA 100% , So I thought no way I can harm in overdose But if you think you are having low red blood cell count please chek with blood test and definitely use it if required really good product. I also feel my veins in my hand are more prominent and visible, earlier it was very less visible under the skin or something but this things I noticed, the glycinate form of the Iron don't give stomach pain or anything even if taken in empty stomach. Good quality ingredients. But need 2 tabs to reach 500mg of Calcium. Only good for people who'd have 250mg any day with 1 tab. Though it's probably mentioned somewhere online, still feel cheated so I've deducted a star for that. When you think the tablet should've worked with 1 tab per day, but it takes longer and requires many more doses to work and reduce bone pains. And the tablets are so big, you'd obviously think it's a high dose calcium. Don't even feel like having 2 tablets to reach 500mg. Really feel cheated. This is probably the last time I'll buy this brand of calcium. Will definitely be difficult to swallow for 40% of people.
