As a gastric sleeve patient, I’m very mindful of what I add to my daily routine, especially when it comes to digestion and gut health. I’ve been really happy with Seed DS-01 Daily Synbiotic! Since starting it, I’ve noticed that my digestion feels more regular and my stomach feels more comfortable overall.I also really appreciate that it combines probiotics and prebiotics in one product, so I don’t have to take multiple supplements. The capsules have been easy for me to incorporate into my routine, even with my smaller stomach after surgery.Everyone’s experience after gastric sleeve surgery is different, but for me, Seed has been a great addition to my wellness routine. I have a problem with what the "medical industry" calls gastric emptying. Not diagnosed by one of those professionals. They don't know, they guess. Then they want to put you through a battery of tests. Multiple thousands of dollars only to prescribe you with another pill from the drug companies. No. I did my own research and found what I thought was worth a try. My stomach indeed does not empty in the time frame expected by the "science". What I did was go the natural route. I have used these for 50 days now and its made a total difference in the amount of waste that travels through. For me anyway. No pushing, no hardness, no bloating. This is pricey but not compared to what a GI Dr. charges just to give you another drug. Hats off to Seed DS-01. No, I am not compensated by them or Amazon. It simply works for me. Do your own research. Understand that you will need to be consistant, not a few pills will take care of your problem. Took me over a month to get my stomach back to what it should be. Its not an overnite cure for your ailment. You can get tremendous results if you stick with it. I did. Ask around, ask your GI doctor, ask AI if you want, but this really does work. Unless I instantly become to the point I can't afford to buy this, I will keep buying it. If your miserable all the time, nothing matters. Life matters now.

Amazed to say this product seems promising, feeling I’m not feeling bloated for the first time in years it’s seems to be just what I needed , I am taking it with the multivitamin, making it a staple in my daily routine. Feeling thankful for the relief.It has helped me feel more regular in a very short time . I felt a difference on the vitamin alone . This product is giving me hope for recovering a healthy microbiome I Have taken so many antibiotics over the years and looking forward to healing my microbiome . It feels so good I have to be careful not eat any junk, treat it well and it will treat you well .

Great product experience so far. I have been taking it for 3 months so far and it’s has helped with bloating, irregularity and my face experience less breakouts. If you have a multiple family members in one house, you need to order more than one since it goes fast. Which leads to my critique: the price. Discounts can be found if you do the monthly prescription but it can be a hard expense to swallow (no pun intended) if you are on a fixed income or buy multiple supplements a month. Recommended….but not absolutely necessary. Prioritize fermented foods first.

This is my second bottle, and I’m so glad I gave it another chance. When I first started taking it, I wasn’t in a great place health-wise and expected instant results. I also couldn’t take the full dose at first. Two capsules seemed to make my symptoms worse, or at least that’s how it felt.While a great product, I gave it 4 stars because it always gets stuck in my chest. It doesn’t go down fully with any liquid and I always have to eat something with it to make it go down. This ruins my routine which is to take it on an empty stomach. It still seems to work though.But I reminded myself that healing takes time. I stayed consistent, paid attention to how my body reacted, and over time I noticed real improvements. One day I decided to “test” it by eating beans, one of the worst trigger foods for almost 20 years. To my surprise, I still had a little gas but nothing like the painful bloating and swelling I used to get. I was thrilled!Later, I stopped the supplement for a bit to see if the benefits would last. They did for a while, but eventually my body told me it needed more, so I ordered another bottle. I’m back on it now and sticking with a regular routine. I’ve even been able to tolerate a little dairy again with way less discomfort. The next challenge is to eat oatmeal which is another food that causes great distress and see how I respond.Overall, this product has been a game-changer for my digestion. It’s not a magic overnight fix, but if you listen to your body and give it time, it really works.

I love this probiotic. The way it’s formulated makes a big difference compared to other brands. I would definitely recommend. I just feel healthier if that makes sense.

I originally tried the 14 day reset from Seed and realized this was the same thing and decided to get this refill to have on hand. They are easy to swallow, I take when I wake up on an empty stomach. They help keep me from being bloated and I've noticed they help manage sugar cravings. In the past I've tried other probiotics and they made my stomach like a balloon and didn't help with anything. These make me feel good.

I’ve been using the Seed DS-01 for about a month now. Some days I feel significantly less bloated and other days I feel like a bloated cow. Regularity has been hit or miss. When it hits, it is amazing. When it doesn’t, I’m backed up. I’m going to keep taking it for at least another month and will update again. I really want this product to work.

No bloated because of this product! ( with proper exercise and diet) I love it! But it is expensive.

Severe headache, fatigue and black circle around eyes. I'm not myself since I have started. I only take these with Vitamin D and B Complex. So I will stop taking them and observe the symptoms, if they disappear I will adjust the review accordingly.
