I would like to share my great experience with HiBoy customer service. My son’s scooter had an issue just one month after the warranty ended, and I contacted the company for help. They responded immediately and asked for videos to diagnose the problem. Once they identified the issue, they quickly sent us the replacement parts along with clear instructional videos. We received everything on time, installed the parts, and the scooter is now working perfectly again. I had this in my cart for weeks before I bought it because I was very skeptical. Having used it for a little while now let me just say this; This Scooter is awesome! I needed something to ride to my gym that's 3km Away and this is just the answer. I even go to the gym when I don't feel like working out because this thing is so much fun to ride. I especially like that this goes uphill without so much as a struggle. I love this and I highly recommend.

Fun scooter.. 30km/hr is definitely the sweet spot. Only change I would make is the handlebar grips to a softer rubber. Solid tires so no worrying about punctures and they have enough grip for confidence on a tar road. In this price range I am very happy with my purchase.

Dont get fooled by the positive reviews - this scooter is impractical for anything other than driving around in a parking lot 1. Horrible ground clearance - it’s just 2 inches off the ground so putting it on or off a sidewalk is a hassle, and you need to get off the scooter for any speed bumps 2. False range - the true range (even on eco mode) is closer to 40kms and nowhere close to 70 3. Bad wheels - blew the back wheel within a week of getting it despite just using it on the sidewalks and not going anywhere puncture-prone Go for something else

I’ve been using this scooter for 6 months now, and I’m very happy with it. It’s strong, reliable, and handles ramps with ease. One thing worth highlighting is Hiboy’s excellent customer service. After a few months, I had an issue with the throttle (which can happen). I contacted them by email, and they quickly sent me a complete new handle with the throttle and all necessary parts, along with a clear instructional video on how to replace it. Their response was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommend both the scooter and the company!

Excellent! All scooters are heavy, but you can fold and carry this one with two arms. Fast, smooth and very sturdy
