Great Scooter and Outstanding Customer Service
I’ve been using this scooter for 6 months now, and I’m very happy with it. It’s strong, reliable, and handles ramps with ease. One thing worth highlighting is Hiboy’s excellent customer service. After a few months, I had an issue with the throttle (which can happen). I contacted them by email, and they quickly sent me a complete new handle with the throttle and all necessary parts, along with a clear instructional video on how to replace it. Their response was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommend both the scooter and the company!

I recommend this 10/10
I had this in my cart for weeks before I bought it because I was very skeptical. Having used it for a little while now let me just say this; This Scooter is awesome! I needed something to ride to my gym that's 3km Away and this is just the answer. I even go to the gym when I don't feel like working out because this thing is so much fun to ride. I especially like that this goes uphill without so much as a struggle. I love this and I highly recommend.

Good support and good scooter
The scooter works great. Although i had some issues with charging, the Hibboy support team was extremely supportive and quick to respond, and sent me replacement products twice free of charge due to being within the 1 year warranty period, which eventually got my issue fixed.

Good but big and heavy
I like it….. But 1 star reduced because you are showing that it can easily hold by one man hand…..it’s big and heavy and what you are showing is not correct.

Worth It...Sporty & Standard looking.
I like - Color, Material with high Quality, Lights, Cruise Control, Acceleration Response, Regenerative Braking eABS. I didn't like - Application - It's a messy - it's hard to figure out logic of the designated button working. Total /current Kilometer ridden feature is not there. Overall Suspension activity, Charging duration feels too long, Little heavy bike 14.4kg. Application needs to get improved, other things can be ignored.

the charger stopped working
The scooter works perfectly, but the charger stopped working after only two uses. I need a replacement charger under warranty. I do not want to return the scooter.

سئ جدا اقل من ربع ساعه وترتفع درجه حرارته ويظهر تنبيه بارتفاع درجه الحراره للعلم الاستخدام ليلا وليس نهارا
