This light is fantastic and the gooseneck is firm AND flexible. First—my orchids weren't surviving and my last surviving one was the first plant I used it on AND THAT PLANT HAS BEEN DOING GREAT! It has a switch with timer settings but I honestly just leave it on all the time. They work though! The flowers really did perk up so nicely and it makes me less terrified I'm going to kill it. Recently I rearranged my plants and a basket that I recieved with leafy plants was struggling a bit so I made it the lamp focus and it's perking back up. The necks as well as the clamp are super sturdy and I think they seem like really high quality. It looks like it won't cover too much surface area because the bulbs have almost an optical illusion look and I'll place it so the bulbs are facing as much of the plant table as I can see them do and then stepping back it looks like it's not facing the whole area. BUT, I accept that as long as I can see the light on the plants I won't go crazy because there's obviously a giant glow on the area. The two arms will cover a tray table area of plants no problem, but if you start adding more plants beyond the ones closest to the lights (if they are bulky) then the plants that aren't FULLY in light view seem to start to struggle. So! Multiple plant coverage when on a small table? Big yes, as long as the light can see the whole plant! Oh! And the clamp works flawlessly and is easy to manage!

Great lights, the timers are a must, and I like the gooseneck is very versatile. I actually liked these so much that I’ve bought 4 sets of these in the last year BUT two of the sets have broken now and won’t turn on after less than a year of use. It’s a shame, I would’ve kept buying these but I’ll be switching to sansi lights. Edit: seller reached out and refunded me for both sets that broke! Great customer service!

Great lights for my house plants. They can be clipped onto a shelf, tray or pot and pointed in any direction. Once you set the timer, either 5 or 9 hrs the lights come on and go off by themselves. Very efficient and reliable. This was my second time purchasing.

Edit: the company offered me a full refund for my purchase, since it stopped working This lamp only worked for 2 weeks and then stopped working. Nothing is visually wrong with it, and I tried it in another room to make sure it wasn't my outlet. Hoping to reach the company or Amazon about the problem and see what can be done. Will update if the company helps me. Not sturdy in that it stopped working but sturdy in how it physically stayed in one piece. Easy to install initially.

Love these lights and so do my plants, tried the first purchase out and have bought more!

So im going to update my previous review. I have liked these lights from day 1 but unfortunately they only worked for 1 year. That being said, I also reached out to the manufacturer, and they made the purchase right by sending a new one. I know theyre not super pricey, but I do expect more than a year, we will see how the new one works. I am super pleased though with the company for just wanting to make the situation right. That'll earn 5 stars every time!!

Easy to Install & Move Around Setting them up was a breeze – no tools or DIY skills needed! Final edit: The company contacted me back and they sent me replacement lights for all three. I really appreciate this! However, I doubt they’ll last any longer than the ones they replaced. When they do inevitably break in a few months, I will probably buy lights with manual on/off switches and set them on a separate mechanical timer. The problem with these type of grow lights with built in dimmers and timers is that they use digital switches, which are more likely to break (especially if the parts are cheap.) Also, when the timer breaks I can’t plug it into my own timer because power being cut from a digital switch means it won’t turn back on again unless you physically press the button. These are unfortunately just unreliable lights. Edit: Not even 24 hours after my last edit, TWO MORE of these lights just failed! They won’t even turn on anymore. One is 5 months old the other 8 months old. Very frustrating. Edit: After less than 2 months the timer function stopped working on my most recently bought light. I have 4 lights, so from that sample size, every 1/4 of these lights is faulty. My plants were not doing well, even though I thought they’d get enough light from my northeast facing window. But when I got these, my plants started thriving. The timer function is great, and the way you can clip them and have two lights facing different directions made it so I only had to buy two of these for my setup. Great value for the price.
