Fun story if a bit shallow. Amazon says it is a 1/1 book release, which would be a bit disappointing as it seems to set up to more, but maybe it's for another series, I don't know. If you have read most Deadpool, you need to read a new Joe Kelly when it comes out. If you have not read much or any Deadpool, I suggest starting with some of the Classics, then Danny Way collection, then and Deadpool and Cable.

I enjoyed the action packed story. Finished in one sitting.

The formula is simple. Deadpool and Wolverine = violence. The book is even called WWIII it just does not deliver. Good artwork, the story is rubbish, but nobody cares about anyone buying this book does because of the violence. There are a couple of panels that show potential, but there are just now enough of these. Someone has called in a favour from Wolverine, but Deadpool is also on the job, but what has Deadpool really got himself into? My other problem with this book is Woverine and Deadpool are not PG characters. Why try to make them that way? If there are a couple of characters, you should not bleep out the language it is these two. Also, why turn Deadpool into the most hated movie (Logan) version of him? The book finishes with a varient covers gallery and a sketchbook.
