Very good product, the back massage is amazing, it has very good features for this price, the foot massage is ok. Customer service is brilliant

I purchased the Indulge Us model, but it didn’t feel comfortable for me since the rollers weren’t moving. I reached out to Bilal, and he helped us find an alternative. Although I ended up paying a bit more, I’m much happier with the new product. A big thank you to Bilal for his help and accommodating approach. The product itself is great, but what really stood out was the excellent after-sales service provided by the company.

This is a very good massage chair. Don’t go by my star rating. The star rating is for the actual massage which is very basic with fixed rollers. The head attachment is a joke. But if someone prefers very hard massage this can be the chair to go for.

I ordered last week and we really like it. It is so relaxing and all your body pain goes away. I little get uncomfortable with the neck space but i adjust. Good service given by Bilal, he is still so responsive if need any assistance.

I am unable to write a fare review about this item. After purchasing this from Amazon Dubai, I shipped it to my home country. I installed the unit in my bedroom and enjoyed the full-body message for about two weeks. I don't know what happened but it stopped working completely. At first I thought the electric outlet was not providing electric power to the unit. I removed the cable and tested the outlet with other gadgets and they all worked fine. It appears something inside the chair is defective or stopped working. Since there was no user manual or repair manual that came with the unit, It is lying dead in my bedroom. I am planning to approach someone with knowledge to help find out what went wrong and why it stopped working. In the meantime some assistance from the manufacturer however small will be appreciated

Everything works as advertised very good massage chair but could do with some softer settings it’s hard mode or hard mode. The only really negative thing is the control display buttons do not light up so it’s hard to see in a dark room where normally people like to relax. I’d like to add to my review I’ve awarded 5 stars due to the excellent follow up customer service I requested an additional foam pad for the back as some people do find it a little too hard.
