If you have tubeless, hooked tyres, I have 30mm Continental GPs, this tool will save you so much effort over using levers. I don’t know about hookless but I do know that hooked tyres have stronger side walls. This is how they can run lower pressures and also help when flat if you’re that unlucky. The thickened wall also makes them immensely hard to get onto the tubeless ready rim. This tool from BBB is incredible. I was able to put my tyre back on in seconds and without the exertion I previously had to endure before it arrived. Great, value for money, quality tool. I think it’s essential for my bike setup.

Works well but better for thinner tyres. Bit harder on my MTB ones.

Yes its a good tool. Pulls up very strongly on the rim of the tyre while pressing down on the opposite rim of the wheel. Note that it can cause a bit of a twist in the wheel rim when fitting very tight tyres.

Used this to seat some Challenge Limus Pro tyres after having difficulty with regular tyre levers. I wish I'd have bought it sooner. The tyres went on so much easier. I was mounting them on carbon rims and this didn't mark or damage them in any way even with the super tight tyres. Not sure how the product will hold up over time but uses thick rigid plastic and seems to be built well. The time saving massively outweigh the cost of the item. I have only used this to seat a tyres so cannot comment about how well it removes them.

I was recommended this tool by a friend, I don't think I really needed it as I can get my tyres off with tyre levers, and tyre levers are easier to use and smaller to carry. I'm sure it's useful if your tyres are tight and put up a fight.

I bought these ages ago and forgot I had them ! Last week I really really struggled to fit a set on Continental 5000s TR race tyres and then I remembered I had these the product in general is good I just wish in my situation they where a little more robust but then again these tyres are the worse ever to fit .

Much better than tyre levers for re-seating a bike tyre, only one puncture over about 6 changes with very tight tyres. Only problem is, the 'hook' sheared clean off. So I bought another one to replace it.

A little fiddly to use (a third hand would be useful) but it makes light work of easing tight tubeless tyres over the rim.

Ottimo, sono riuscito a montare dei vittoria terreno dry senza il minimo sforzo su cerchi DT Swiss. Giusto un po' di sapone e una pinza di plastica per tenere i talloni in sede dal lato opposto al verso di inserimento. Non c'era verso con massaggi, caccia gomme ecc

Bytte däck på min sportracer och köpt Michelin med extra förstärkning mot punktering. Uppenbarligen är diametern 2-3 mm mindre än standarddäcken. Efter däckbyte slet jag med att få på den sista biten av däcket på fälgen. Kraften i mina händer och tummar räckte inte så jag använde däckavdragare, vilket egentligen inte är att rekommendera. Tyvärr skadade jag slangen och fick byta slang. Kämpade med att få av däcket, byta slang och göra om jobbet. Samma visa igen, använde däckavdragare för att få på sista biten däck. På nytt skadade jag slangen och gjorde om samma misstag en tredje gång. Sökte efter ett verktyg och hittade detta. Skeptisk till hållbarheten och användbarheten köpte jag verktyget ändå. Nu har jag bytt däck på framhjul och bakhjul. Verktyget är mycket lättarbetat och gör jobbet! Det är superenkelt att få på den sista biten av däcket på fälgen med hjälp av verktyget! Hållbarheten upplever jag som mycket bra. För mig är det här ett lyckat köp. Ett verktyg jag skulle haft för längesedan! Har du problem med att få på sista biten av ett cykeldäck är det här verktyget du skall ha!

If you're like me you struggle with the last part of changing a tyre. Maybe it's the tyres you prefer or the rims you run but it's always a pain to get that last part of the tyre on without breaking your thumbs, pinching a tube or starting to cry.
